This project included a complete feasibility analysis for a proposed multi-unit residential development. The study assessed planning constraints, yield opportunities, and design strengths to determine overall project viability. Massing models and preliminary layouts were prepared to test efficiency and spatial outcomes. The final report provided clear insights into costs, risks, potential configurations, and long-term value, giving the client the information needed to move confidently toward the next phase of planning.
